Referral Program Terms

Program Overview

The Best Truck Parking Referral Program ("Program") allows participants ("Referrers") to earn commissions by referring new customers ("Referred Customers") to Best Truck Parking facilities. By participating in this Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Participants must have a valid Best Truck Parking account.
• Best Truck Parking employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How It Works

Commission Structure

• Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the Referred Customer's booking fees.
• Commission rates and structures are subject to change at Best Truck Parking's discretion.
• Commissions are only earned on completed and paid bookings.

Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold.
• Payments are made via the payment method specified in the Referrer's account.
• Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings.

Prohibited Activities

Referrers may not:

• Use spam, misleading, or deceptive marketing practices.
• Refer themselves or use multiple accounts to generate fraudulent referrals.
• Misrepresent Best Truck Parking or its services.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Termination

Best Truck Parking reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Referrer's participation in the Program at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at Best Truck Parking's sole discretion.

Changes to Terms

Best Truck Parking reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
