Terms & Conditions

Please read and understand these terms and conditions carefully. By using our parking facilities, you agree to comply with all the rules and regulations outlined below.

Safety & Security

  • Best Truck Parking, LLC reserves the right to refuse access to any person/s who is or could potentially be a threat to the safety, reputation, or property and/or its occupants.
  • No illegal substances or activities will be tolerated on Best Truck Parking, LLC's premises.
  • No alcohol is permitted on the property unless it is secured in a trailer and the alcohol is listed on the Bill of Lading.
  • Liability insurance must be current and a copy of the insurance card or policy must accompany the equipment at all times.

Parking Rules

  • The space is permitted solely for truck/trailer parking.
  • Tenant will not park in a manner that restricts other vehicles from entering or exiting the premises – violators will be towed at owner's expense.
  • No dropping or detaching of trailers is allowed on the premises.
  • Parking permits and/or permission may not be transferred from one unit of equipment to another under any circumstances.

Property & Liability

  • Tenants park at their own risk and assume all responsibility for lost, damaged, or missing property or equipment.
  • The tenant, employer of the tenant, or company authorizing the tenant to sign on their behalf will be held liable for any damages to Best Truck Parking, LLC's property caused.
  • Best Truck Parking, LLC accepts no responsibility to protect, physically accept, or redeliver the equipment or any of its contents.
  • Best Truck Parking, LLC is not responsible for fire, theft, or damage of any kind to the equipment or loss of any cargo, contents, or articles in the equipment.

General Conduct

  • No littering – violators will be removed from the property.
  • No solicitation of any kind.
